Boulez and Ravel
This week, Mark conducts the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra in a concert celebrating the music of Boulez and Ravel. A performance of Boulez Rituel in memoriam Bruno Maderna is followed by Ravel’s Piano Concerto with Bertrand Chamayou, Pavane, Daphnis et Chloé 2nd Suite, and the world premiere of Kenneth Hesketh’s orchestrations of Sites Auriculaires.
